Empowering Communities Through Innovation and Care

At OSUDER, we provide tailored programs that effectively address the unique needs of marginalized groups, fostering sustainable growth and inclusivity.

Support to IDPs

OSUDER supports IDPs by traveling to crisis zones, rescuing vulnerable children, and bringing them to our facility. Here, we provide essential care, including nutritious meals, safe housing, and access to education. By enrolling them in schools and offering emotional support, we aim to restore their sense of stability and belonging. Our mission is to create a nurturing home, giving these children hope and the foundation for a brighter future.

Volunteerism and Internship

We provide opportunities for youth to engage in academic internships and volunteer at our production centers, gaining hands-on experience in urban gardening, agriculture, tea production, and processing. Participants learn these valuable skills from experienced mentors, including skills from “Grandma” and other knowledgeable partners within our organization. Additionally, volunteers support the care of internally displaced persons (IDPs) by contributing to areas such as healthcare, teaching, laundry, cooking, and working on our farms.

Our Challenges

  • Limited resources to reach out to more people in need.
  • Gradual adaptability to manage projects within the triple constraint.
  • Access difficulties to reach the conflict areas causing delays in the implementation as planned.
  • Poor communication network at times making mobilization of beneficiaries tough.
  • High rates in transportation of NFI to various sites.
