OSUDER Empowers Women in Ndop with Menstrual Hygiene Awareness and Hygiene Kits

Ndop, Ngokentunjia, 9/9/2023 – OSUDER held an informative session on menstrual hygiene management for women in Ndop, Ngokentunjia Division. The session, led by Madam Eucheria, a health expert and Divisional Delegate of Women Empowerment, aimed to educate women on proper menstrual hygiene practices and provide them with essential hygiene kits.

Madam Eucheria’s expertise in women’s health and her experience in promoting women’s empowerment made her an ideal trainer for this session. She addressed common misconceptions and taboos surrounding menstruation, emphasizing the importance of maintaining good hygiene during this time to prevent infections and ensure overall well-being.

In addition to the educational session, OSUDER also distributed hygiene kits containing essential items such as sanitary pads. These kits were specifically designed to meet the needs of women during their menstrual cycle and contribute to their overall health and well-being.
